Eco Apartments

Summit Comfort Apartments are small apartments in the city centre for rent. We needed to make it stand out in the real estate market through design and creating a living space that would be the most comfortable for future residents.

During the design development, the needs of the tenants were taken into account, and vandal resistant materials were used to keep the interior's original appearance for a long period of time. It will help reduce wear and tear, ensuring that the apartment always looks fresh and appealing to guests.

Special attention was paid to the redevelopment of the apartment. The goal was to create a spacious and cosy bedroom. To achieve this, we joined the bedroom with the balcony, increasing the total area of the bedroom.

Almost all the furniture was custom-made based on the sketches. This approach allowed us to fit the furniture into the dimensions of the apartment perfectly and create a truly unique interior.

The apartment is modern and comfortable. According to the client, we managed to make it practical while maintaining its aesthetic and stylish appeal. This design will undoubtedly attract attention and help find renters quickly.
