Dream house

This house was designed for an international family so the interior and the architecture represent a blend of modern minimalism and Thai charm. The clients wanted to make the house a truly cosy family nest. So the request was for a comfortable home, sophisticated in utilities and design solutions, as well as all the hobbies of the owners were taken into account.

The large living room with second light has extensive glazing, creating sun-drenched space effect. The kitchen is truly minimalistic and functional, it gives the owner an opportunity to run a cooking channel.

The bathroom is designed in a clear Thai style with a modern interpretation.

One of the customer's main hobbies is sport. Therefore, there is a gym on the 1st floor with a separate access to the terrace. We have paid special attention to this room. Here a motivational art on the wall and bright night illumination was created.

The children's room is designed for two kids and is deliberately made for growth as during designing the babies were only planned.

A special place of seclusion is the lounge area on the 2nd floor overlooking the living room, as well as the second light.

The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has access to a large terrace with a beautiful view, there is also a closet and a bathroom. The entire space creates a sense of an American villa but with a unique Thai charm.

A standout feature of this house is the home studio designed for shooting video blogs. The ceiling is equipped with a carcass to install additional lighting and cameras. Everything is designed here to ensure that the owner enjoys his work, and the audience grows thanks to the high-quality picture.
