Synergy Apartments

During the design process, we had to meet several challenges simultaneously: making the house as functional as possible while considering the clients' preferences and, at the same time, fitting within strict restrictions regarding the allocated construction area.
The specified building spot determined the laconic form of the house.

The main volume of the house was oriented towards the courtyard. Entering the house, one is immediately greeted by a panoramic terrace with expansive glazing and a spacious kitchen-living room with the second light. All materials and facades were chosen to accentuate and complement the laconic architectural forms. Additionally, we incorporated a server room in the house, which transforms it into a fully automated smart home.
